When Crescent Restaurant Group set out to bring the first Donatos Pizza to Texas, we knew we were introducing something special to the Lone Star State. Founded in 1963 by Jim Grote in Columbus, Ohio, Donatos has spent over six decades perfecting the art of Edge-to-Edge® pizza while building communities through the philosophy of Agape Capitalism — doing business with love, compassion, and a commitment to improving lives.
On November 12, 2024, we opened our doors in Frisco as the very first Donatos location in Texas. What started as a dream to bring premium pizza and community values to North Collin County has become a reality that's already making a meaningful impact.

As the first Donatos Pizza location in Texas, our Frisco store opened in November 2024 and quickly became a local favorite, achieving record-breaking sales in our opening week and earning a 4.7 Google rating in our first year.
