Pizza Pass Terms and Conditions
Effective for passes purchased through September 4, 2026, for redemption September 5, 2026 through November 5, 2026.

By purchasing the Pizza Pass ("the Pass"), you agree to the following terms.
1. What the Pass Includes
The Pass entitles the named passholder to unlimited Individual pizza (any variety, Classic or Signature), unlimited side salad (Italian Side or Very Vegy Side), and unlimited fresh-brewed tea or lemonade, consumed eat-in during a single daily visit, for the price of $99.
2. Purchase Window
The Pass is available for purchase now through September 4, 2026. Passes cannot be purchased before or after this window under any circumstances. A limited quantity of 500 passes is available; the offer may sell out before September 4, 2026.
3. Redemption Window
The Pass is valid for redemption September 5, 2026, through November 5, 2026. Redemption is limited to one visit per day during this period. The Pass has no value and cannot be redeemed before September 5, 2026, or after November 5, 2026, and the redemption period will not be extended for any reason, including unused visits.
4. Eat-In Only
The Pass is valid for eat-in orders only, at the Donatos Pizza – Frisco, TX location. It is not valid for pick-up, delivery, or any other Donatos location.
5. Pass Issuance and Identification Requirement
Upon online purchase, the purchaser will receive an email confirmation. No physical card is issued at the time of purchase. On the purchaser's first eat-in visit during the redemption window, an associate will verify a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name provided at purchase, and will issue a physical Pass card in that name. On every subsequent visit, redemption requires presentation of both the physical Pass card and a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the card. Redemption will be declined if the name on the ID does not match the name on the Pass card, or if the physical card is not presented after the first visit.
6. Non-Transferability
The Pass is issued to a single named individual and is not transferable, shareable, or resalable. It may be used only by the person whose name appears on the Pass.
7. No Cash Value
The Pass has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other item.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
All Pass sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Pass has been purchased, including where the passholder does not use some or all of their eligible visits.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Pass Cards
Lost, stolen, or damaged physical Pass cards will be replaced at no charge upon presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the Pass. A replacement card is issued in the same name and carries the same redemption window; replacement does not extend it.
10. Purchase Limits and Sharing
There is no limit on the number of Passes an individual or household may purchase, subject to overall availability. A single order may contain up to 10 Passes; additional Passes may be bought in further orders. Each Pass is issued in one individual's name and covers only that person. Guests dining together must each present their own Pass and their own matching photo ID; a single Pass cannot be used to cover more than one person at a visit, regardless of household or relationship.
11. Availability and Modification
This offer is limited to 500 total passes and may sell out before the stated purchase deadline. Donatos Pizza – Frisco, TX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability, except that previously purchased Passes will remain honored per these terms unless otherwise required by law.
12. Not Valid With Other Offers
The Pass cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, promotion, or offer.
13. Food and Allergen Disclaimer
Menu items may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Donatos Pizza – Frisco, TX is not responsible for allergic reactions arising from menu items.
14. Right to Refuse Service
Donatos Pizza – Frisco, TX reserves the right to refuse redemption to any individual who cannot provide matching photo identification, who is disruptive, or who otherwise violates these terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donatos Pizza – Frisco, TX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from purchase or use of the Pass.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Sales Tax
The Pass price of $99 does not include sales tax. Applicable Texas sales tax is calculated and added at checkout, and the total charged at purchase will therefore exceed $99.
